Welcome aboard SUITE LIFE, your private ALL-INCLUSIVE 92' x 22' (3,000 sq ft) floating luxury resort. She was completely refitted in 2020, however, as owner operators we continually improve and keep her fresh! In fact, 2023 is our 8th charter season in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands! Suite Life has 4 staterooms, 5 baths, plus separate crew quarters, and accommodates up to 9 guests in air conditioned luxury. Her spacious layout offers 2 bars, 3 dining areas, a day head and an expansive salon for comfortable seating and movies on-demand. Gaze at a new sunrise every morning while you workout on the BowFlex elliptical or sip coffee in the aft alfresco teak dining area. Bask the day away relaxing on the upper deck lounges, over-sized bow sun pad, or if you prefer, snorkeling right off the expansive swim platform. End the day, toasting with champagne in the outdoor bow fresh or saltwater pool. Suite Life's luxury staterooms are all appointed with percale sheets, Egyptian cotton towels and robes to provide ultra comfort during guests private yacht charter. The Master Silver Palm Suite has a King bed, walk-in closet, security box, vanity table, sofa and master bathroom with full jacuzzi.The VIP Bay Rum Suite has a walk-around queen and walk-in closet. The port side Spice Berry Suite guest stateroom has a queen bed and large closet. The starboard Wild Coral Suite guest stateroom has a full bed and twin. All staterooms have marbled en-suite bathrooms with enclosed showers. Each bedroom also has its own “smart" flat-screen televisions, with WiFi access, Bluetooth stereos and individual climate control, air conditioned 24/7. Suite Life's professional, friendly and knowledgeable crew of four will show you the secret hidden treasures of the Virgin Islands few know about. We ensure our guests vacation is effortless, so sit back, relax and live the Suite Life. The Ocean 80 schooner Arrow of Ayr has undergoing a major refit by Peake Yacht Services, Trinidad, from June to December 2022. Ocean 80s have a well-proven racing track record of circumnavigating the world although Arrow, which was built in Guernsey, has only crossed the Atlantic Ocean. She is a fast and capable charter yacht. Her interior was specifically designed for the Caribbean charter market with 4 equal-sized double cabins. All have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The main saloon is very spacious with comfortable seating and a large dining table. On deck there is plenty of space for sunbathing and seating for 8 around the cockpit table. She cruises at 8 knots under power but has reached speeds of 15 knots under sail. The stern transom folds down to provide an ideal swimming platform. Large open spaces, with an easy flow, make the most of the catamaran's huge volume and huge windows flood the yacht with light. Designed specifically for charter service, Out of Office has 6 equal en-suite staterooms, separate crews' quarters and expansive entertainment areas on the main deck and flybridge. Launched in 2016, the vessel is the largest catamaran to come out of the VOYAGE yachts Cape Town factory and was built utilizing advanced construction and design techniques. Performance underway is exceedingly comfortable and fuel efficient for a vessel of this size and, when at anchor or docked, the layout offers a virtual floating villa experience for its guests. A partial refit was completed in 2019 during which an enlarged flybridge hard top was installed and the hulls were painted in a metallic grey finish.
