Webform Submissions - Most of the information we process is provided to us directly by you via one of our forms. This is used for:
Providing our yacht charter service (bookings and listings).
Subscription to our blog and marketing newsletter.
Cookies and tracking pixel – We monitor engagement with our website through third party cookie and pixel tracking.
We use third-party systems and apps that help us personalise your online experience.
How do we store your personal information?
Once information has been collected using either one of our forms or tracking pixels, the information is then stored and processed using the secure cloud servers of our CRM provider HubSpot, see HubSpot’s Privacy Policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy
We keep any personal information for 6 months. After which, our systems are configured to automatically archive and remove records and related data.
